About Yamalè Alliance
Africa stands on the brink of a trade and investment revolution. The African Continental Free Trade Agreement (AfCFTA) promises to create the largest single market in the world by uniting 1.4 billion people across 54 countries. Yet this potential remains constrained by fragmented legal systems, limited negotiating capacity, and costly compliance barriers that prevent African governments and businesses from competing on equal terms—especially in high-stakes dealings with global investors.
Yamalè Alliance is building the legal and institutional infrastructure Africa needs to compete on its own terms. We represent governments in complex negotiations and arbitration, equip businesses with practical templates and clear legal guidance, streamline cross-border compliance through an AfCFTA “passport,” and are developing the first AI-powered legal research platform built specifically for African jurisdictions.
Beyond law, Yamalè strengthens the systems that turn policy into practice—helping governments design and implement transparent, enforceable frameworks in sectors such as health, agriculture, and public procurement. By combining deep legal expertise with systems-building know-how, we bridge the gap between reform and results.
By making law and governance more accessible, usable, and enforceable, Yamalè is laying the foundation for a stronger, more self-reliant Africa—one where governments negotiate from strength, institutions deliver effectively, and businesses expand with confidence under a unified continental market.

Vision
To build the legal and institutional foundations for Africa’s self-determined growth—where governments, businesses, and citizens can negotiate, trade, and govern on equitable, transparent, and sovereign terms.
Mission
Yamalè Alliance strengthens Africa’s legal and governance systems to make law a catalyst for development.
We work directly with governments to secure fair, development-aligned contracts and strengthen national systems in sectors such as health, agriculture, and procurement. We simplify cross-border trade through harmonized compliance tools under the AfCFTA, empower businesses with accessible legal resources, and pioneer the continent’s first AI-powered legal research platform.
By combining deep legal expertise, policy insight, and digital innovation, we make Africa’s laws and institutions more accessible, enforceable, and effective—unlocking growth that is both just and sustainable.
