About Yamalé Alliance
Africa stands on the brink of a trade and investment revolution. The African Continental Free Trade Agreement (AfCFTA) promises to create the largest single market in the world by uniting 1.4 billion people across 54 countries. Yet this potential remains constrained by fragmented legal systems, limited negotiating capacity, and costly compliance barriers that prevent African governments and businesses from competing on equal terms—especially in high-stakes dealings with global investors.
Yamalé Alliance is building the legal and institutional infrastructure Africa needs to compete on its own terms. We represent governments in complex negotiations and arbitration, equip businesses with practical templates and clear legal guidance, and streamline cross-border compliance through an AfCFTA “passport."
Beyond law, Yamalé strengthens the systems that turn policy into practice—helping governments design and implement transparent, enforceable frameworks in sectors such as health, agriculture, and public procurement. By combining deep legal expertise with systems-building know-how, we bridge the gap between reform and results.
By making law and governance more accessible, usable, and enforceable, Yamalé is laying the foundation for a stronger, more self-reliant Africa—one where governments negotiate from strength, institutions deliver effectively, and businesses expand with confidence under a unified continental market.

Vision
An Africa where all 54 countries negotiate, trade, and govern on equal footing with global partners—supported by strong legal institutions and accessible systems that serve every community.
Mission
Yamalé Alliance puts African governments, businesses, and communities on equal footing by strengthening legal systems, representing nations in critical negotiations, and making law accessible through free tools and expert support.
