Managing Partner Mouhamed Kebe has been appointed to the panel of arbitrators for the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID). ICSID handles international investment dispute settlement for its 165 member states. Its availability promotes international investment by providing confidence in the dispute resolution process. Mouhamed received official recommendation from the Senegalese Government for the six-year appointment to the panel of arbitrators.
